I ordered chicken curry combo and biryani, but after unpacking the parcel I noticed that one item biryani was missing, I called the delivery boy he promised to deliver the missed item within a hour but he did not. The packing quality was of third class category in a cheap carry bag.

The food I got is not the one which I ordered, the image was different and the food which I got is different. At least should ensure that what packaging is done, whether it is the order of customer or not.
