I & my wife went here to celebrate a special occasion and ordered starters and main course altogether. there were only two tables occupied when we ordered. We got served with starters however for 45-50 mins we didn't get the main course. The captain Mr. Prabhakar is absolutely pathetic for his job. he didn't even have the manners to attend the table when we specifically asked for him after 50 mins. He was out of sight for the whole time. and when we got upset and asked for a bill he shamelessly sent the bill through the waiter who was an equally pathetic service guy. Nobody showed any remorse for the absolutely third class service and nobody even apologised for the experience. As we waited till 9-30pm to 10-20pm, we had to come back empty stomach and no other place was open. shameless individual Mr. Prabhakar didn't have the courtesy to say sorry for the delay. Never visiting this place again. The hotel management also seemed ignorant we had to go and ask the receptionist in the next alley for the bill. absolutely pathetic, third grade service.
