They said, chocolate nutty is their best cake and it's expensive than the rest....when I ordered and cut the cake it was a huge embarassment to me, as it was hard to be cut with their knife and had to be cut with steel knife. Also no taste of chocolate and a pathetic taste of just peanut butter. Now who expects peanut butter in chocolate nut cake. Very disappointing and bad customer experience.

i am so disappointed with creme and craft. i had ordered a burger and mango and chocolate pastry. The bread of the burger was stale and the stuffing was over fried. the mango pastry didnt taste nice at all. it looked stale too. the only relief was the chocolate pastry. disappointed with the preparation

On my third delivery i ordered a cake and the cake is sour.. Then i call the zomato delivery boy then he contacted the cream n craft owner. They said they will pay my money back bt i hv nt get yet..

Very bad product, pattey served very cold, old material used. The quality of product is not up to mark. I am not happy with quality of a product. Wastage of money

Honestly I expected a lot more from Creme&Craft. I ordered a fruit cake, and it came out to be pathetic. There was no fruit on it. Just few slices of apple!

Ordered a Chocolate fudge cake. Never been so disappointed before. No chocolate. No fudge. Stale old cake. Not edible. Never ordering from here again.
