Good food,staff behaviour was warm & welcoming. One disadvantage is that the lift is not there. So for an aged person it's difficult to climb stairs , also when there is rush parking has to be done at a distant place

Overall the food was okay qas service was quite slow and kulchas were also less stuffed and paneer was not up to expectations !!!

Food taste was good but service was pathetic. Server took order and gave one extra dish which we didn’t order and when we asked why he argued and misbehaved. He doesn’t know what customer service is. He never repeated the order and then said he is always right and we are wrong. If he knows what customer service is he should have handled the discussion politely and with misbehaving. All experience of good food gone waste. If you want good food you can visit but expect no courtesy from their staff. Very bad experience.

I have been there 15 times and been a loyal customer to them. but 1 time because we brought coffee with us and started drinking, they stopped us in middle. I mean there was no sign one could not bring outside food. and if they value loyalty then a single coffee would not had harmed them , considering it was first time and I was not aware. so according to me they do not value loyalty. that's why for someone who chooses a single restaurant for long period. This may not be the best option for you my friend
