Dear BruBeck Team, I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received from your team recently. I must admit, my experience with the Rum Plum Cake I ordered for the 25th of December was initially disappointing, prompting me to share my concerns on your Zomato page. However, I was pleasantly surprised when the BruBeck executives promptly reached out to address my feedback. The personal call, during which my disappointment was attentively heard, made a significant impact on me. I appreciate the effort taken to understand my concerns, and I'm grateful that you went above and beyond to rectify the situation by offering a complementary Rum Plum Cake, soaked in rum for more than one night. The replacement cake exceeded my expectations and was exactly what I've come to expect from reputable bakeries in Pune or Mumbai. May I interest you in some grilled sandwiches , pastas , burgers and fries? If yes , then let’s head to Brubeck. If you are bunking your classes, then this place is worth it ! It’s more of a student’s hub. The ambience is great throughout the day with the hustle and bustle of youngsters. Apart from the self -satisfying food , it also offers a wide range of cakes and pastries. This one – storey bakery cum hangout shop will fill your dates and parties with tonnes of sweet memories. #HappyStomach

The Rum Ball their is my Personal Favorite. Also, tried their Chicken Double Decker Sandwich and Chicken Open Sandwich which was good. The Blueberry Cheesecake is an absolute disaster. It is just moulded frozen cream but no existence of cheese. Paying Rs 125 for this cream cake is not worthy at all. White Chocolate Brownie is also not worthy of the price. it's simple fruit cake. Bread Butter pudding is nothing special. don't get deceived with the upper look. Niche it's just Bread Milk ka dough set Kiya hua and below that thoda sa kishmish.

One of the best and my favorite place at jamshedpur for pastries, savouries, cakes and coffees. Food: Sandwich , puffs, rolls, patties all are good. Yes I have tried almost all of their items. My favourites are mushroom puff, keema pao and chocolate truffle pastry. Brubeck’s truffle pastry , chocolate eclairs are one of the best and my favourite. Pineapple cake , date carrot cake, multigrain breads are good too. I don’t like the doughnuts and the chocolates much. Prices are reasonable . Quality is very good.

Did not expect to pay 175 for whipped cream molded in the form of cheesecake, this was the most tasteless thing I have ever tasted🤣. Do not charge such prices if your products are not up to the mark, love other things from brubeck, but was really disappointed to taste this one

Worst possible service, one should never order for a cake on weekends or monsoon. They committed to send the cake before 7 pm but finally sent at 10 pm continuously bluffing that chala gaya hai. They don't even answer the call while you wait for the cake and next day the excuse comes," rush tha rain tha" so we could not deliver.

They used to have good quality pastries which were worth the high price. But since the last couple months they have consistently deteriorated the quality and now the pastries taste like those from cheap bakeries. Very disappointed.

Zero ownership, cake delivery delayed by 3.5 hours, cake arrived after guests left, very arrogant staff, bunch of thugs, happened 2nd time last time the cake reached damaged, not recommended

We ordered hot chocolate, cold coffee with Ice cream, and sandwich. Food quality has declined and service is zero
