Visited this restaurant with family and loved the hospitality. Service was quick and food was tasty and sufficient. The rates are also nominal and not sky high. We were a family of 4 and had ordered starters, main course (veg) juice etc and the bill was only ₹1400. Pls go for it if you want to enjoy pocket friendly fine dining.

Love the packaging and also the food. I think one of the best hotels in jsr for a budget friendly delicious food and service. I have been to the restaurant many a times and I like the ambience too. I love it's hot brownie for dessert.

Been here with my family of 5 people and 2 kids. Staff is kids friendly and clearly provides information on food quantity. Food is tasty and place is easily accessible. Overall good experience.

Very nice ambience with good location. I loved their pan fried fish n cocktail mojito. Specially thanks to Mr Mahadev he made our day. We love to visit this place again & again 😍😍

I visited with family, Jiva Food taste was good , quite hygienic place , Good quantity with quality with peace . Food rate was nominal , recommended for families

I had a disappointing experience with Jiva’s food as well as its hospitality services. The food I received was far from what was expected. Despite the appealing packaging, the taste was quite the opposite. It had a bitter and sour flavor, as if it had been stored for too long. After one bite, I couldn’t bring myself to eat it. It’s disappointing when a place prioritizes presentation over the quality of their food. I advise others to be cautious when ordering from Jiva, as it may not satisfy your hungry stomach as you’d hope.

We ordered chicken lollipop and realised that coating or spices used for marinate was not well cooked & was very sticky. In spite of telling them we got same food. They didn’t have had courtesy to offer another dish. Even if you are planning to visit this restaurant I would recommend to eat roadside in small stalls. We ordered chicken tandoori, mushroom do pyaza & naan, which was just ordinary.

I got a fish bone in paneer masala. Being a complete vegitarian and after ordering so many times this restaurant really pissed me off. Never ordering again from this restaurant.

Found a chicken feather in the Biryani, be cautious to be on a lookout next time you're digging in the spoon in the Chicken Biryani at Jiva!
