I was in love with the Food. Will go again and again and will try the rest of the items on the menu. Only positive suggestion is to increase the spacing of the restaurant so that there is limited wait time. I know the current version already has a very smart design to accommodate more number of people. But when the food is good obviously people will come.

Visited with family for dinner, food was tasty, ambiance and staff are good, price is affordable, location is great, what else is needed. This is one of the only restaurants that has maintained it name and food quality since my childhood. Definitely can recommend it to everyone.

Wanderful food and ambience .I love their chicken biryani had the kannelite special chicken bamboo biryani. Kannelite special dish matka chicken.

hii I was big fan of novelty food back then my experience every time I order food is good but today It was a disaster I ordered a chicken biryani with an extra egg which cost 25 rupees and without adding egg is regular 1 plate biryani with cost like 360 or 370 but today I added the extra egg in it so which I paid 400 totel 1 plate chicken biryani with egg but they didn't add that egg and the chicken peice is very small and burnt I never thought this much of mistake of them and I was not right if they didn't want to give us the food what we deserve which we paid then they didn't take any order from us I am regular customer how can they did this mistake and I want the answer.

Chicken biryani tasted very bad. Also , behaviour of staff was horrible. Hospitality was not as expected. Not recommended.

🚫🚫Online Order Disappointment from the Novelty Restaurant ❌❌❌ My recent online order experience with the Novelty Restaurant via Zomato left me thoroughly disappointed. The chicken soup was nothing more than corn flour water, devoid of any chicken presence. The chicken kebab was equally lackluster, and other chicken dishes failed to justify their prices with subpar taste and inadequate quantity. This online ordering experience has cast a shadow on the once-reliable Novelty Restaurant, transforming it into a pricey option with deteriorating food quality. Full of oil and lack of flavor and value in the dishes make it challenging to recommend this establishment. I hope the restaurant addresses these issues promptly for the benefit of its online customers.

Rotten chicken pieces in the biryani. The raita was stale. The worst part was that the restaurant manager was not ready to accept the feedback. He kept saying that “it is not possible.”

I’ve been ordering regularly from here since I was 15 years old but what a terrible experience this was ! I ordered today after almost a year and was shocked that the poor quality of food.
