I sent my parents to Saranda for their anniversary dinner, and the entire team made sure to make it especially memorable for them. An excellent veg buffet with variety, personal attention and such lovely service made the day really special. Huge thanks to Ms. Komal and Mr. Yogendra, for their personal attention. And Mr. Riju and Mr. Amit for their efforts. Really grateful.

Enjoyed a delightful dining experience at Saranda by Radisson. The ambience was elegant and comfortable, the food was exceptionally flavourful, and the hospitality stood out with its warmth and professionalism. Highly recommended for a great dining experience

Absolutely loved the ambience and service. Everything was top notch especially the food we ordered both the veg and non veg starters and was equally impressed by both. The Flavours and Layering of spices was done perfectly nothing more or less.

The ambience was good but food was just okay. We ordered butter chicken and the chicken pieces were hard which was not at all expected.

rubbish food taste .... naam bare darsan chote types scene .... tasted nodlles and cold coffee not at all worth it .... staff doesn't know how to serve what to serve ... very unprofessional behaviour like I have to tell them to bring sauces and not only that they even offer mouth freshener after bill payment.... what the hell I mean I have visited almost all the top class restaurant and hotels including Ramada ... but Radisson was the I repeat the worst experience.... Cook Doesn't know how to cook , waiter doesn't know what to serve management doesn't know how to manage never visiting again.....

The service is very slownwith no attention . Multiple times we have to ask for same thing. the dinner was very bad and worst taste. as per brand Radison, it was very average and unsatisfactory

We went for Lucknowi food feast on the 19th of July but there were hardly any dishes which was true speciality of lucknow. Totally disappointed, not worth the hype or price.
