The food is good but the staff has no table manners and also the staff is very rude especially the ladies staff.

Just one word " Pathetic ". This hotel staff especially the Manager Sarfaraz and Shaukat will promise you stars and moons to take the booking of banquet. Once you pay advance and book, they will create problems and deny every thing they promised and forfeit your advance money paid. Crooks are running the hotel. Worst staff and worst service. Never ever book the banquet of Shaurya Inn. It's been more than 8 months and they have not returned my advance after promising to do the same.

The Lucknow chicken curry was very bad. it was not even chilly. the drum of heaven was over fried and the green which we wanted never served.. my experience was bad.
