The food they prepare is of good quality. But if you order in zomato then be ready to eat chilled food because they don't give preference to zomato orders and serve the one who is sitting there. So the food cools and then taste would not be that much tastier. Else the food is tasty i liked the burgers too.

Burger point served me wrong order. I ordered manchurian combo through Zomato and what I received was totally rubbish. I got few pieces of chilly paneer and just a handful of rice in a small plastic tiffin. It was very horrible experience for me. I paid the money and it all went totally waste. It seems they delivered leftover food. Serving stale and leftover food in these testing COVID times is a very serious offence. Shame on you Burger point. Please don't order anything from this restaurant, otherwise you might become their next trap!!!

I order brownie with icecream and got really dissatisfied they offer pathetic service and also it wasn't a brownie it was chocobakes cake with chocolate icecream, so it returned it and asked for exchange which took them again 45 mins to makes again i got same glass which i returned. DON'T EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE, EVEN IF YOU R STARVING.

Bad experience because all burgers are same not different different varieties but many type of burgers available on menu so it is very bad ........

For a double patty grilled burger I got a without grilled burger with two chicken nuggets in between. Pathetic !
