I recently visited The Grand Tulsi Hotel in Jhansi and I must say I was impressed. The hotel is located in a prime location in the city, making it easily accessible. The ambiance of the hotel is beautiful and serene, and the decor is quite elegant. I visited their restaurant for lunch and the food was simply amazing. They have a wide range of dishes to choose from, and the quality of the food is exceptional. I particularly enjoyed their paneer tikka, which were both perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The service at the hotel is also top-notch. The staff is very polite, friendly and attentive, making sure that all our needs were taken care of. The overall experience at The Grand Tulsi Hotel was truly delightful and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Jhansi. In conclusion, if you are looking for a great hotel with excellent food and service, then The Grand Tulsi Hotel is definitely the place to be. The prices are reasonable and the quality is unmatched. Highly recommended!

We visited this restaurant for a family dinner and anticipating a crowd due to Independence Day, attempted to make a reservation in advance. Unfortunately, the manager declined, stating that they operate strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. This was the first disappointment—it's quite surprising that a restaurant wouldn't accommodate a reservation for a large group on such a busy occasion. While the food, ambience, and overall service were commendable, the experience was overshadowed by a frustrating issue with the order. We had modified the quantity of one item from half to full just a minute after placing it, but the manager refused to accommodate the change in the final billl and insisted on charging an additional ₹150. This rigid and unhelpful approach from the management left a sour note on what could have been an enjoyable evening.

Ambience is nice but food is not of that level. Paneer is nice but non vegetarian items are not worth buying according to their taste.

The Grand Tulsi Swiggy Zomato I am talking about one of the most famous restaurant in jhansi. This restaurant was once known for its taste and quality. But last few visits and orders were somewhere unpleasant to an extent which made me write this. I had dinner with my family few days back at the restaurant. The staff was busy in their informal communication at first place. And then comes the order after 15min. Here is when the problem starts. ALL THE FOOD STUFF WAS TOO MUCH SALTY. EVEN TANDOORI ROTI ALSO. the staff also admitted the same. But I want to ask the restaurant. Is this what your experience delivers to the customers? We just had few sorry that day after paying good amount. Now comes today. When I ordered FRUIT RAITA from your restaurant from swiggy. To my surprise. It had no pineapple no banana no grapes and all( ignore grapes coz of non-season) but how pathetic is that such a big restaurant delivers such food stuffs back to back. You should have one more dish on your menu. SORRY. Atleast make that tastier. Sorry to say but the restaurant isn't delivering it's best in last few months. Horrible experience with food, visited with my friends there , initially tomato soup but we managed somehow informing the staff. The next we ordered paneer tikka which had utensils washing wire in it.
