We arrived as a couple at the scheduled time and occupied our seats. Initially, everything was fine. However, after some time, the crowd started increasing. Our seat was in the corner — a two-seater sofa placed near three-seater sofas. When we first arrived, no staff member asked us to relocate. Once the place became crowded, the manager and another staff member repeatedly asked us to move from our seats. We chose not to relocate since we had arrived earlier and were already settled. The way this was handled felt quite unruly and highly unprofessional. They came to disturb us around four times, which made the experience uncomfortable. While the food and beverages were good, this kind of behaviour does not reflect good hospitality and left us disappointed.

The culinary experience was reminiscent of a local establishment. I had ordered paneer in a red gravy for the main course, but it was served in a golden gravy. The service was also notably slow, and the water provided was at room temperature rather than chilled, which is typically preferred during the summer months. Furthermore, the paneer tikka in the starter course was presented without gravy, consisting solely of roasted paneer accompanied by two cucumber slices.

Disappointing experience. Half the cocktails are unavailable, burrata pizza is without burrata and the meze platter is hardly a platter.

very poor service & Third class Hospitality. very Bad behaviour of staff. Lastly taste food was also not good.
