Nice roof top restaurant in the clocktower area with grand views of the fort and palace. Food is OK...my Pad Thai Noodles had lots of Vegetables and very little noodles. Taste was good.

the service is slow. overhyped place. food quantity is very less, taste is good though. the place is meant for foreigners and not for Indian pockets. the waiters too focus on foreigners and not on Indians.

Disappointing Experience at Indique, Jodhpur – Poor Service Overshadowed a Special Evening We recently hosted a dinner for a group of around 40 people at Indique, Jodhpur. While the ambience was beautiful and the coordination by the chef and overall manager was professional and much appreciated, our overall experience was unfortunately ruined by the extremely poor behaviour of the floor staff, particularly Suraj Singh and Akshay Singh, who were in charge that evening. Despite confirming a dinner time of 10:45 PM, the staff started pushing us to leave as early as 10:00 PM. There was no regard for the occasion, our prior agreement, or basic hospitality. It genuinely felt like the only thing they wanted was for us to leave our credit cards behind and vacate — even if that meant skipping the meal. The attitude of Suraj Singh and Akshay Singh was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Their tone was confrontational and made us feel extremely unwelcome. Rather than offering any courtesy, they behaved as though doing their job was a burden. Their approach felt more like that of bouncers than hospitality staff. Spending almost ₹1 lakh on the event, we expected at least basic respect and service — but we were left arguing with waiters over simple courtesy, which is unheard of in any decent hospitality setup, especially in a place known for Rajasthani warmth. Credit where it’s due: the chef and the manager did their part well and remained calm and cooperative throughout. But unfortunately, the egoistic and aggressive behaviour of the floor managers overshadowed all the positives. It was a deeply disappointing experience, and certainly not something we’d recommend for anyone expecting respectful service and genuine hospitality.

We walked into Indique fairly early in the evening without a reservation, fully aware that the restaurant might be busy later. To be respectful of their schedule, we clearly requested to be seated only for one hour. Despite this, the staff member we spoke to was remarkably rigid and unaccommodating. There was no attempt to understand the request, no effort to check possibilities, and no basic hospitality extended. It’s hard to believe that every table would be occupied exactly at the same moment later in the evening, yet flexibility was completely off the table. What made the experience worse was the attitude — not just a refusal, but a refusal without courtesy. There was no effort to suggest alternate timings, no guidance on nearby dining options, and frankly, no sense that potential customers mattered at all. Good restaurants manage reservations; great restaurants manage people. Unfortunately, Indique failed at the latter. Hospitality isn’t just about food — it’s about how you make guests feel, and this experience felt dismissive and unnecessarily unhelpful. Would not recommend if you expect even basic warmth or customer-first thinking.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff’s attitude was extremely unprofessional and rude from the moment we entered. What made things worse was the clear display of bias and discriminatory behavior, which was completely unacceptable and uncomfortable. On top of that, the service was painfully slow, careless, and nowhere near what you would expect from a place charging such high prices. The food and overall experience did not justify the cost in any way. This place thrives on overpricing while delivering poor hospitality and a negative environment. Definitely not recommended if you’re looking for respectful service or value for money.

It seems like the management of this restaurant doesn't prioritize accommodating Indian customers. During our visit, we requested basic customizations to our order, which were denied without explanation. Despite our attempts to speak with a manager, we were told they were too busy, despite the restaurant being fairly empty. This lack of hospitality was disappointing, especially in a country known for its warmth and hospitality, disregarding our core principles of hospitality.

Pathetic attitude. Very less quantity and no hygiene. Very pricey. Much acclaimed Lal maas had a rubbery consistency. The staff showed that they are doing favour by giving food to us. Cleanliness is not there. Hotel blankets are drying in the vicinity.
