Must visit! Great food, amazing service and worth your money. View from the cafe is of Toor ji ka jhalra aka Step well 😃 Had jodhpuri style chicken and dahi vada. Wonderful experience

Highly overpriced, nothing great except the ambiance. Ordered Lamb shami kebab, 5 pieces, each one was as thin as a 5 rupee coin for 390 bucks! Please Avoid if possible.

I was a tourist in Jodhpur and I went to this cafe this Christmas - they have 3 floors and 2 people serving!!?! I’m not sure how they think they could manage with just 2 people going up and down 3 floors, taking orders, serving and coordinating all at the same time. We were 3 people and we ordered very simple 3 dishes - fried rice, pizza and a calzone. 45 minutes later I literally had to go and say that if I’m not getting my order then I’m ready to leave and that’s when they even heard me. For over 45 minutes we waited patiently at that cafe without any food or even water! They brought our fried rice and pizza which was average and told me that my calzone was apparently burnt and that they would not be able to take any different order. I wasn’t expecting this kind of hospitality when I had entered but this is what I got.

This is what you get in the name of a pizza. Small tasteless rubbery hard so called cheese with one tulsi leaf in the name of Margarita with tomato & basil. So so bad, a street side vendor does a better job. Management must look into this. The only saving grace, the manager is kind & understanding. Else, food you need to chew is absolutely tasteless! Within 5 mins the cheese became so hard no one could eat it without painful jaws. I ddnt click the pic of food I left. Base of pizza is apparently made in house as Raas/Ras the 5 star property has same management etc. but nope. Youtube cooking videos might help, pls take a look before keeping such expensive menu. Esp for the foreigner tourists that come to your place, don’t serve them this food.

I visited Stepwell Café today with 10 friends for lunch, and the experience was beyond disappointing. The food was pathetic in taste, completely overpriced, and absolutely not worth the money. To make it worse, they don’t accept Zomato Pay despite it being listed, and when asked, the manager kept making excuses and trying to mislead us with some “policy” that doesn’t even exist. When I requested to see the actual policy, they had nothing to show. This place feels like a fraud setup – poor food, overcharging, and zero transparency. Definitely not recommended!

Had a poor experience at this overhyped cafe. Service was at a snail’s pace. We ordered a fresh lime sodas, and to our shock, even after 15 minutes they hadn’t even started making it. (We know this as we were sitting next to the bar. Nobody came to take our food order and servers were not keen on looking at the table. We walked out and headed to the Open House cafe next door. Which was quick and prompt if nothing more.

Very Arrogant Staff. You will experience a slight taste of racial discrimination in your own country when you’ll see foreigners being given more importance than Indian nationals. Shit food felt like burning my hard earned money. Morons
