Nice place If you are looking for pastries in Jorhat and it’s in the heart of the town. Also tried the chocolates and it was nice. A must try if you love desserts.

Nice place with a cosy ambience. Cupcakes were tasty but some items were a bit overpriced. However they have a variety of items from cupcakes to macaroons.

I ordered red velvet cupcakes as i really liked them but they sent me vanilla cupcakes instead 😞😞 but the veg burger was very good and the fries were crispy. And the main problem i faced was the delivery guys, they were real noobs and unprofessional. They were not able to locate my address for a long time even if i already tagged it in the map. They dont even care to listen to you explain your address and thinks they know better. I had a horrible experience with that

Descent confectionery with a very cute decor.. but place is little bit overpriced as compared to the desserts they serves.. red velvet cake was good..but 100rs for red velvet cake is still not worth paying..

I ordered cake on 14th November for bday celebration on 16th November.I was given cake pick up time of 1600 hrs.I invited the guests accordingly. When I visited the outlet on scheduled time I was told that cake would still take 1 hour for preparation.As I already came on time for scheduled pickup it was agreed that store itself will deliver the cake now after cake is ready.The cake was not delivered by 1800 hrs.As my guests started arriving I enquired the 7th heaven outlet,I was once again assured that cake will be out for delivery within 10 minutes.I kept trying the contact number of 7th heaven and to my surprise they stopped picking up the call at 18:45 hrs .There I was hosting the bday party with guests at my party and no cake.My little one was looking at me impatiently for her cake cutting and I was hopeless. The cake finally arrived at 20:00 hrs .Most of the guests have left by then .I was so exhausted and humiliated by then ,it was pathetic experience. Never ever order cake from 7th Heaven.This outlet need to be closed as they can’t maintain the business etiquette’s.

I had ordered a blueberry cheese cake on 27th October and my order was rejected due to unavailability of the item and also amount was deducted from my account and it hasn't yet refunded ,also I called several times but none of them bother to receive my call . This is utter irresponsibility of the shop owner.And also they shouldn't show the items which are out of stock otherwise I wouldn't have ordered.

Ordered one swiss chocolate cake. But the cake does not look similar to the one that's shown in the online picture. Very disappointed. Don't fool customers around.
