I ordered a Hot n' Sour soup from this restaurant for the first time and i received it faulty, then i tried to contact the rest and complained them, after that they responded immediately and apologised really well by providing me another Soup and a very delightful Hot Dryfruit Gulab-jamun as an compliment. I'm really happy and satisfied with thery quick response and behaviour. I willl definitely recommend Hotel Indralok to my friends and family.
