Pathetic display of character from the person from the counter. I was there at an afternoon to have a lemon tea, So I went in and enquired if I can get a lemon tea, the waiter was perfect, he said, Ok have your seat, and also there was many seats vacant. But then the person at the reception told me that, they only give Lemon tea along with Biryanis. It was pathetic behavior from a restaurant which I loved to visit occasionally from my childhood.

even a single star rating u dnt deserve... This is the second time I'm getting worst experience with hotel soft .. Too much salty biriyani...cant even eat a single rice piece...felt womiting..Worst ever one I had in my entire life... Lost my money... Also poor quality meat... This is the last 🙏🙏🙏

It was a two day trip to Kannur .. heard a lot about this place that their Biriyani’s are really good. The mutton Biriyani was super goood .. the chicken Biriyani was again super goood .. chilli chicken was okish but the mutton masala was pretty bad a bit rubbery didn’t expect it to be like that. Overall a bit satisfied for the other items.
