AC was non working we tried to sit on multiple sections but there was some fault all the time Service was ok but after calling multiple times not prompt you can say Food was tasty At last they took 30 Mins to bill the whole

My dining experience was disappointing due to multiple order mistakes and poor service. I had specifically requested Honey Chilli Potato without spice for my daughter, but it was served spicy, so she could not eat it. I also ordered Dimsums, but Tandoori Momos were served instead. The male staff lacked basic hospitality standards, as no proper serving assistance or serving spoons were provided. However, the lady staff member was polite, professional, and served very well, which was the only positive part of the experience. What was most unprofessional was the argument by the manager and staff regarding the order issue even after payment was completed. Overall, the experience reflected poor order management and customer service.
