Had a great experience at Barbeque Nation, Z Square Mall, Kanpur! The food was delicious as always — from the starters to the desserts, everything was on point. But what truly made the experience special was the service. A big shoutout to Saroj and Golden for their warm hospitality and constant attention. They were super polite, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout. Thanks for making our meal even more enjoyable. Will definitely be coming back!

It was a great experience with Barbecue Z-Square Mall Kanpur. Including Manager, Chef, team all are very friendly people and warm welcoming and asked many to serve as per the demands (customized)

service was pathetic, we ordered two diet coke specifically but guy came asking and pin pointing to the price of the cart whereas he should have asked to the person who had given the order , secondly cake was tasteless no sweet at all, need to wait for things food is nice but service is not now they had lost a client surely will never visit the said outlet .
