Dhuaan is one of those rare restaurants that manages to perfectly balance ambiance, taste, and service — creating a dining experience that stays with you long after the meal is over. From the moment you step in, you’re greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere that beautifully blends modern elegance with cozy comfort. The interiors are tastefully designed, with subtle lighting and clean décor that reflect both style and sophistication. What truly stands out is how well-maintained the entire place is. Every corner of the restaurant speaks of attention to detail — from the spotless tables and neatly arranged cutlery to the thoughtfully curated seating that ensures both privacy and comfort. It’s evident that the management takes great pride in keeping the restaurant at its best at all times. When it comes to food, Dhuaan effortlessly lives up to its reputation. The menu is a perfect mix of creativity and authenticity, offering a wide range of dishes that cater to every palate. Whether you choose their signature smoky appetizers, rich Indian gravies, or global fusion platters, each dish is crafted with precision and served with flair. The flavors are balanced, the presentation is exquisite, and the portion sizes are generous — a true reflection of culinary excellence. The service deserves special mention. The staff is courteous, attentive, and well-trained, ensuring every guest feels valued and taken care of. Orders are served promptly, and the team goes the extra mile to accommodate special requests or dietary preferences. Their hospitality adds a personal touch that elevates the overall experience. In short, it stands out not just as a restaurant but as a complete experience — one that combines outstanding food, impeccable service, and a beautifully maintained setting. Whether you’re visiting for a casual dinner, a family gathering, or a special occasion, it promises an experience that’s consistently delightful and worth returning to.

We have been to Dhuaan quite a few times and our experience has so far been good. The place is usually not overcrowded and has easy parking which is usually a struggle in most of the restaurants in Kanpur. The dishes we have ordered were good in taste. The service is fairly decent though the staff usually seems a bit uninterested. But overall a good experience.

A bit on the expensive side but hands down the best restaurant among the ones i have tried in kanpur so far.I tried their Sushi which was fantastic.Udon noodles was also great. But the showstopper for me was the chicken moussaka rice;flavourful ghee roast chicken with brown rice.We also tried their miso soup and cheesecake which were very nice as well.

Awful , I would leave zero stars if I could. The food is mediocre for the price and to make it even worse staff is super rude,it seems they dint wanted to work .The vibe, music, and food feels ridiculously whitewashed. Dhuaan has lost it .

Amy and Shibu were the worst staff with rude behavior. despite booking confirmed, they did not accept the zomato booking. These two also ignored while talking.

The Manager’s(Deepak Rajput) behaviour is very poor and demeaning. They also denied my booking . It was my father’s birthday, his day was also spoiled
