I, with family usually visit Domino's in Delhi. On vacation in Kanpur, we visited rave moti mall and decided to have pizza in Domino's. I have ordered for medium size farmhouse pizza, stuffed garlic bread and cold drink. I have made an enquiry about combo offer. The girl on the counter ' Roshni' has simply denied and said no combo and offers are applied here. When I referred to online availability of such offers in dine in/ take away/ delivery, she denied and said this is not applicable here. U can go where it will applicable. I think front line staff has got such type of training so that more revenue could be generated. But the behaviour shud be appropriate.

I had ordered online delivery for pizza, first of all they did not deliver it on time, second they don’t pick up any call for any complaints or query. This is such a pathetic service. I have always faced delay in pizza deliveries from this location. Will not recommend this place to anyone
