Absolutely disgusting experience. Found a HAIR in the momos and when we pointed it out, the staff didn't even have the decency to apologise. Instead, the guy had the nerve to say, "Humare yahan koi aurat nahi hai, hum toh hairaan hain baal aaya kahan se." So basically, according to him, either we planted it ourselves or it magically appeared? He meant I broke my own hair and shoved it into 70rs momos. What kind of shamelessness is this?? Instead of taking responsibility for THEIR unhygienic food, they start throwing baseless arguments at customers. No basic hygiene. No manners. No accountability. Just straight-up arrogance. Avoid this place unless you want attitude served with hair in your food.
