The food was really delicious. The ambience was superb . However the service was really poor . The waiters were not at all pro active . No spoons on the table , dirty used plate was served. Soup was served without the vinegar and soya sauce . Dinner was served without vinegar onions . We literally had to find the waiters here and there for everything. They had no idea what to do . The waiters should have been pro active and been around the table , in case we need anything else . I would have not given a rating more than 4 stars , but because of one front desk staff named Preeti who after listening to our concerns did her best to make sure we do not have any further problems . She was really very welcoming and took care of everything. She even apologise for the Inconvenience we faced and promised us that next time this won’t repeat . She out of courtesy also arranged a complimentary dessert for us . So this extra star is only because of Preeti for her extra efforts and great service .

Extremely polite and professional staff made the experience great. Food was good too some items could have been better like daal makhani. Staff made minor mistakes (no sugar provided with coffee, had to ask for many things but were immediately taken care of). Greeted with complimentary papad, provided extra for kids without asking, gave complementary sweets as well. overall experience was amazing and to add to it got decent discount through Zomato.

Everything was soo good.. but the prices on Zomato were not updated.. we ordered accordingly & then the bill was 30% high… Which wasn’t expected at all.. Also please be patient for at least 30 minutes for your order to get ready..

Please please never visit this place.. The food is horrible… our mutton came in 15 min.. but the waiter forgot to bring the roti.. then roti took another 15 minutes & mutton was all cold.. Then at the time of bill payment, I was charged 20% extra from the menu prices.. saying sir cylinder mehnga ho gaya h.. & then they charged 2 garlic naan worth 150 each but I had only 1 naan.. why 2 ?? when asked them to refund.. they said sir ab to bill punch ho gaya hai kuch nhi ho sakta.. agli baar apko 1 naan extra khila denge.. and apne to waise bhi zomato dining book kiya hai.. discount to mila na apko (trying to embarrass me) my expected bill was 1300 They charged around 1870 The owners are also arrogant rich people.. no refund despite accepting they charged extra on bill… The only good part was a guy singing good live music with piano.. also Thankfully Zomato refunded the extra charges..
