Trust me on this guys, this place is literally the worst one you could spend time on, 2/10 overall it was so bad honestly, Talking about Food- It had no salt at all it was bland and everything tasted the same won’t recommend visiting at all, talking of Service- waiters knew nothing about menu they didnt know what is the food about and what ingredients it focuses on, waiters go round clueless and has no awareness of menu and food, talking of Drinks- sour drinks were too sour and sweet drinks were SO SUGARY they were so full of sugar, talking of ambience- no AC was turned on.. no music was playing and it smelled bad in the restaurant for some reason, 2/10 overall Wont recommend at all, not just me but there was a family of 4 who were also complaining about the restaurant when we entered the restaurant… so not worth it I literally wasted my money on it.. spoiled mood and day fr.. been 1.5 years they running and waiters doesn’t know what’s on menu? Just wow… NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL LITERALLY THE WORST LOUNGE

One of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in Kanpur. Food: Extremely underwhelming. The dishes lacked flavor and freshness. Even the basic items were poorly prepared and didn’t match the quality promised. Staff & Service: The staff was arrogant and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they were dismissive and uninterested in customer feedback. The service was painfully slow, and it felt like they were doing us a favor by serving us. Ambience: The place looks good in pictures, but in reality, it’s poorly maintained and not at all comfortable. Loud noise, unclean tables, and a chaotic vibe made it hard to relax. Pricing: Given the terrible food and service, the prices are shockingly high. Not worth a single penny for the experience they offer. Would not recommend this place to anyone. There are far better cafés and rooftop spots in Kanpur that actually care about customers and serve decent food.

Had a disappointing experience at a restaurant bar. After the bill was generated (₹2037), the staff refused to accept payment via District app saying that since we used a “Buy 2 Get 1 Beer” offer, app payment is not allowed. This condition was never informed beforehand. Customers should be clearly told about such restrictions before ordering, not at the time of payment. Felt misleading and unprofessional. Please ensure better transparency for customers.
