It is definitely among the top places in Kanpur to enjoy a scrumptious meal at an affordable price with a great ambience. The service is good and the staff is polite. All cleanliness measures were also taken. I tried malai chaap, biryani and several other items. All were delicious and totally worth the hype. The quality as well as the quantity, both were exemplary.

itni ganda restaurant h jisme call kro phone off atha h agar koi by mistake order cancel ho jaye to refund bhi nhi milega na order btadete h wastage hai aise restaurant ko upar koi Bharosa na Karen itne gande restaurant hai yah sab yah aapko sirf aur sirf lootane ke liye baithe Hain jitne bhi inke restaurant ke review dekh Lo sab ke sab itne gande review itne gande sirf aur sirf loot ke khane ki aadat hai dusre ko chuna lagana hai kisi aadami se agar galti Ho jaaye to apni galti Ko man Raha agar usse galti ho gai hai refund nahin diya ja raha hai to Jo wastage ko bejo Magar nahin yah log ek paise ka Kam nahin karna chahte hain ki dusre ka sirf aur sirf Paisa khana chahte Hain bus aise restaurant per apna Paisa na barbad Karen kyunki ine logon ka kam hi Bus Paisa lootana aur kisi jagah per jakar kam Khao lekin badhiya Khao badhiya logon ke pass jao

Very bad service and very awful food owners are really very rude and arrogant. I ordered gravy paneer tikka masala but they served ne paneer tikka on complaining about the issue the mam sitting on the cash counter spoke very rudely with me on further complaining they replaced the dish but the replaced dish was also very very bad.... Worst place. Dont visit this place... #shame #shameveerjimalaichaapsaketnagarkanpur

Chaaps taken out from the Deep Freezer, bit of cooking and served. It was so dry, as it ought to be an expiry or very old. Pathetic Service and Staff. No promptness. No Customer Respect. After a waiting of 30 mins, cold food arrives. You Wonder the Worse and you'll get it here. Waste of Money and Time. Never Recommended.

Poor Customer Service and very rude behaviour of owner. The food ordered was bland and tasteless when pointed out the owner was really rude and refused to do anything about it. Not recommending it simply because of owner's behaviour

Very bad experience, not even worth trying. Very rude owner and very long waiting time. I had to wait for 1 hour before food came and it was absolutely cold. Seating is uncomfortable and cutlery was also not given properly

Quality and quantity both are very poor ..not worth money at all ..full order was not even deliverd ..orderd 4 but recieved only 2 rumali rotis and staff denied to provide the number of owner ...too bad experience

Very poor food and service. They don’t receive payment through Zomato. I have even made a booking. I need my booking refund.
