Very disappointing experience overall. I had pre-booked a table, but when I called to confirm, I was told that they don’t promise to secure seats—even with a booking. The staff on the call were disinterested and put me on hold three times while I was still speaking. At the restaurant, the food felt average. I had ordered a paneer tikka roll but was served plain paneer tikka instead. When I pointed it out, they brushed it off, saying the waiter might not have heard properly, and made no attempt to fix it. Even basic service was lacking—when I requested sanitizer for our group of four, they brought just one wet tissue. For a place that presents itself as a 5-star, the service was far below expectations. Not worth a revisit.

The restaurant refuses to accept payment through Zomato despite showing walk-in offers and does not follow any offers shown on the app. Manager also refused to meet or address the guests' concerns. Food is okay but service is slow. Disappointing for an allegedly reputed restaurant.
