Last week, I ordered and paid money for 2 sambhar rice. But What I actually received is 1 sambhar rice. I called to the hotel and reported about it. But they did cut the call when speaking and didnt respond to me. Yet, I didn't receive my money back....

Today I ordered veg biryani, panner biryani, mushroom biryani. Worst moment in my life. I was so hungry along with my family and stared eating after the delivery. We found that the rice didn't boil/ cook well. Just imagine my situation.
