had a pathetic experience today and will not recommend this restaurant to anyone. even when the terrace was empty with only 2 running tables, we were delivered wrong order. after we had finished the same, the server came to give us correct order which was by then cold and also over cooked (hard chicken). at time of billing we were made to pay for item which was wrongly delivered without our consent. plus even after such poor service, additional 10 percent service charge was also there. pls save your money and skip going to romeo lane. when details were shared with manager he gave no resolution and behaved like a lost person. no empathy or resolution provided.
