I am travelling to Mata Vaisno Devi from last seven years.. While Having a darsan der first tym we were looking for a place which can serve a good and tasty food but also don't use garlic and onions.. We reached there at morning in katra and have food in some random place the food quality was not that good. Then whn we ask to our hotel manager they told to visit sagar ratna which is just nearby at the bus station. At night we decided had dinner there we went there order dal makhani, ghee rice, rajma and at last desserts and alot more, trust me u will love the food taste.. And since every year we go to {uid:47620649} {uid:39920674} have food...

We had dal khichdi and idli. Idli was good but dal khichdi was average in taste, we also felt dal needs to be cooked a little bit more.

The first time I visited this outlet, I ordered aloo parantha and masala dosa, the dosa was just fine but the paranthas were totally bland. Next time I visited in the evening, pani poori, pao bhaji, tea wasn't available (these were the first few things I tried ordering) so I reluctantly settled for a glass of filter coffee.

Please. Don’t go with the name. Don’t ever go to this place. No of the staff including chef know what they are doing. We ordered rajma rice. Rice had an ant in it. They obviously replaced it without a word of apology. We ordered 2 filter coffee. Literally it came after 30 mins. The rajma was only garam masala and nothing else. The staff is rude to core. Don’t don’t even think of going here.

Very very very Arrogant Staff. We visited Sagar Ratna at AMR place. Firstly they give you Sambhar in smallest bowl. If you ask for extra Sambhar, they will try their best to ignore. One of Staff names Sushil Sharma said ki apko 2 baar se toh Diya hai...Don't Don't Visit. They are running based on their Goodwill.Complete waste of Money.

they are the worst of the worst. Being situated near katra we thought it would be good to order veg food there but it was our mistake, pathetic service and staff attitude. they delayed food service by an hour when asked they said go to another restaurant or wait for the food. the staff and the manager both are worst.

South Indian dish k alawa inke pas kuch bhi nie h..kadhi rice rajma rice noodles kabhi bhi try nie Krna.. aur inke staff aur manager k attitude another level.. 12th, 13th, 14th oct 2021 ki report h.. south indian dish nyc .uske liye mai jati thi waha ...but baki sb ekdam mahabakwas

Very bad staff and very rude staff. Attitude was very bad of staff as they were talking rudely to every customer. Not recommended at all.
