Visited restaurant yesterday in the noon and the food tastes good but on a serious note it’s extremely unhygienic. We’ve ordered veg and non-veg biryanis and had witness hair strands(many) in both the items. Staff were also not so active. And coming to the billing part staff have to be very conscious , but they deducted 6000 when the bill itself was 600. It might be some sort of mistake which was not at all intentional, but what if customer blindly trusts them without checking the slip back. And most importantly no matter how good the ambience/ food taste might be, when the hygiene is not maintained properly then no point of running a restaurant. Because HEALTH is imp over anything and especially in these COVID times Hygiene is a musttt. This is not to degrade but as a person who’s been visiting only haveli ever since my childhood, felt literally bad. Requesting the managers/owners who ever to please consider this and make sure the best hygiene is maintained since its something which ppl cannot be compromised on # Health over Wealth#PleaseMaintainHygiene.Thanks!!!

Ordered paneer butter masala curry but it was taste less seems like it was not at all fresh …also ordered special mutton biryani instead of sending biryani thy sent us curry n plain biryani rice so disappointed then why to mention mutton biryani shud hv mention curry n biryani rice waste of money …

worst restaurant They serve stale chicken. prices are too high wrt there quality and quantity. And they sell water bottles and cool drinks way above there mrp. I hope someone would complain at consumer court.

Ordered special chicken Biryani and received... tasteless stale food... chicken curry contains gravy instead of chicken pieces.. it's like Keema. Haven't expected this type of food from Haveli restaurant

I ordered special mutton biriyani later i received worst mutton pieces and plain biriyani rice(it is not fresh anymore). I came to know their intention is selling un higene food thru food apps

An awful place. They served a chicken bone in a veg biryani. No ethics in their business. Such hotels should be banned where there are no good policies and are cheating customers this way.

We ordered veg Manchuria it consists of dough only no veggies ! I’m very upset with this item this time. I want my money refund back and you can take back the food item from us now !

Don't order food from this restaurant.. "tasteless food". Especially Biryani Taste like boiled white rice.

Day by day the quality and taste are reducing, and I found same recently with veg and paneer biryani.
