I had a wonderful experience at Radisson Khopoli, and a big part of that was thanks to Swati. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and genuine hospitality that immediately made us feel comfortable. What really stood out was her attentiveness, she was always ready to help, whether it was with quick service, guiding us with local recommendations, or ensuring that every small detail was taken care of. Highly recommend looking for Swati if you’re visiting Radisson Khopoli you’ll be in the best hands!

My recent experience at Charlotte was really good, amazing North Indian, we tried kadai paneer, laccha paratha, veg biryani was really good , the chef offered to customise it as per taste. MR ALOk and Mr Amit served us well, recommending to try the restaurant and service

the foods was amazing and the service stadd was very friendly and took good care of us. Tasrif was very sweet and was very helpful in suggesting us food and served the food with care

It was a below average dining experience. The lotus stem was undercooked and chewy. The pizza was bland and the sauce again was hurried. Not worth the price tag that comes for a Radisson experience.

Pathetic service at radisson khopoli. Staff is not trained enough. Made us wait over an hour for one dish towards which the staff did not show any responsibility . Very poor service.
