It is very simple to find the most tasteful food spot in any city, the crowd outside (irrespective of the time). Imagine such a crowd with an ambiance similar to a restaurant but serving shawarma (like a kiosk), now that's very interesting.  Just as you enter, you can see the huge pole of shawarma (like a pillar made of chicken) being shaved incessantly. The large glass window invites us to have a sneak peek inside their kitchen. It all happens so fast and they are like the ninjas at work.  Their menu has variety but the base for all their dishes is their chicken shawarma by the pole.  Their soft rumali roti was so damn soft that it was almost like soft tissue. Their mayo has arrested my taste buds; the best mayo I've ever tried. 😋  The roll was freaking juicy, and crunchy from the lettuce while mildly spiced on the whole. 😊 It was their plate shawarma that stood out from the others. It was loaded with fries, Saucy mayo, saturated veggies, and chili for a bite on the side, OH WOW!! A bit crispy with a smoky, savory flavor from every bite. 🥰 Shawarma burger is something that I've never heard of. A large sweet bun stuffed with the shawarma filling; so damn good with the tender meat, the flavors were enhanced by the jalapeños and cheese, SO DAMN GOOD!! 😍 They also have mojitos, fresh juices along with milkshakes to cool down the tummy.  Their ambience is simple with limited indoor seating and bright lighting. The service was good and they had sufficient parking space. On the price front, they're okay since their good food deserves a decent price tag.

Can I get one more 🙄? (After having two shawarmas) Tbh, that was my reaction. Because @altazakochi serves one of a kind shawarmas in town!! And am glad that these guys are doing it in the right way. Even the quality has been consistently great! 😍 _ Juiciest meat, fresh veggies, french fries, mayo, in fact even I loved the rumali roti alone😄. Also, I don't have to say much about the packaging too. The picture says all 😊. In pictures: Al-Taza Special and Normal Chicken Shawarma! Both were ♥️.

Al.taza is located in kaloor near to jawaharlal nehru stadium and kattanum puttum good place to visit. It's a worth for money restaurant there are chicken shawrma and beef shawarma both were good chicken shawrma cost 190 and beef Sharma cost 200 for plate. well hygiene restaurant and employees are well behaved and it's a first restaurant in Kochi i think which makes shawrma with rumali rotti instead of kuboos.and their mayonise were also well tasty. If I need to eat shawarma mostly I go over their.

Had the chicken shawarma and it was pretty good. The place is usually crowded and packed every single day. We went quite late at 10:30....so they were out of everything except chicken shawarma. It comes very close to the authentic shawarmas we get in Middle East. Overall, good quality and filling too. Slightly on the expensive side though...

Kochi's best and most probably costliest Shawarmas. Worth the hype and amount. But would have loved it even more and held it even closer to my heart if they reduced the price of Shawarmas by 10-20₹. Because this yummy goodness is gonna break a hole in your pocket if you buy frequently or have no control over your spending habits.

one of the best shawarma spot in Kochi. i love their all meat shawarma and they using romali rotti instead of kubboos. price is slightly high compared to the quantity .nice service and digital payments are acceptable.

The quality of the shawarma has improved. They now have some of the best beef and chicken shawarma in Kochi.
