Some new waiters are trying to destroy this hotel. their behavior is very bad and they're insulting the customers. whenever we ask for a dish,they always say "its not available ".I have been a regular visitor there for the past 4 years and today I am making the decision to leave this hotel forever. If the management does not take care of it, some people will infiltrate and destroy this hotel. They have come to destroy this hotel and save the establishments of some others.

Good food and value for money. But it was crowded hence service was slow which might be an indication of popularity of the outlet.

For years, this restaurant has been my reliable choice. However, today I had to walk out mid-meal after being insulted by a waiter. No dish is worth enduring inhumane treatment. Despite offering excellent food at affordable prices and employing skilled service professionals, I had to bid farewell to my favorite spot in Kochi. Strangely, instead of anger, I'm overwhelmed with sadness.

I ordered 4 porotta yesterday...but only get 3....then i call to this restaurant..but they are not taking calls! Food was good but they are not value for customer money!

Well, this being a long long pending review I thought why not relive the experience by visiting this place the umpteenthtime? So, yours truly took two Ubers and an Ola to finally reach this place and there was a wait time of nearly 30 minutes at 1030 pm on a working day. All this hullabaloo revolves around one major dish of theirs- the flagship which lifted this mediocre place from oblivion to the pinnacle of glory that it enjoys nowadays; the Beef Fry! Humbly priced at 130/- a portion, this beef fry is top notch dope. Combine it with some fluffy porottas and you are good to go. They also specialize in a lot of other dishes like Beef roast and masala dosa but I will stick to the flagship.

The worst chicken biriyani I ever had. I couldn't even eat a bit of rice. I don't know about other dishes. You can eat at your risk.

This is not related to restaurant but with the zomato. I placed a order and I requested to cancel my order as the delivery time is really high but could not get a proper response. It’s really pathetic and your service I will be rating below.
