One of the most pathetic experience one can can have when visiting a restaurant for the first time. Inspire of knowing it is a Sunday and there would be rush for lunch. They were very much under prepared. We ordered thali, which had only bare minimum stuff as opposed to the large no. Of missing items mentioned in the menu. They even failed to inform us that the food is of limited qty and most of the items were over. On top of that they had the audacity to charge for the full amount

Poor service.. we waited for 20mins to hear from one staff 15 more mins & another one says 40 mins for meals. And we ordered chckn n mutton briyani and they servd 2 chicken briyani after 40 mins we waitd in the table😤 staffs are in total confusion n no proper communication between them.. WORST EXPERIENCE. Wont Suggest❌

The wait was too long. Service is extremely bad. We had to wait for more than 30-40 minutes for the meal that was already ready. They were merely concentrating on Zomato or Swiggy orders instead of Dine -in. The food was normal, though quantity was a bit less for the price.

very rude customer dealing and arguing with the customer illegal back support. cash counter lady is very rude and talking bad words around other customers
