Rumberry cake is one of best available, sadly today the sales man there himself termed as its not a great product, due to its sweetness and thats why the company itself only stocks two or three per outlet . Don't know whether the company itself employs anticanvas mission by itself. praline cake is worthy a good nibble or tea snack, higly recommended. Milk halwa is pathetic, maybe after tasting best thiruneveli alwa. Ghatiya, kuzhalappam, kerala mixtures were good, can try it once, not as good enough to term it as addicting. Can go for the cakes. Especially birthday cakes, rumberry cake, praline cake, tea cake. Otherwise there are not other cakes to make u awake. (out of joy due to first visit, got myself a datescarrot cake rs 480 worth, tastes like... i should stop eating cake) A small update the chicken pan roll, fish sandwich deserves special mention to yummy taste. Kindly don't order tea or juice, then you ll end up saying I deserve it.

Very surprising that a professional chain like Anns would have only ONE vegetarian item on their resturant menu...!!

This is a small review about the anns bakery mavelipuram outlet.If i had a -1 star i would have given them that.No way im going back to that horrible place. If you are going out with your family beware of the gundas there.If in any chance if you want to use the toilet,forget about it,Cuz you are not allowed to.I was their permanent customer as in i used to go daily for the past 6 months and most of the time i use the toilet too.Last time when i came for the purchase,a person named shyam who calls himself as the all in all and manager threatened me not to use the toilet.I asked him why ,he abruptly replied that i can't.I said im a customer who comes every day and why am i being blocked in using the toilet.He started shouting at me.. The conversation came to a point where he was even ready to get physical. Most of the time the toilet is not accessible as the staff itself is using it alwyas and we have to wait a long time for them to leave the toilet and use it. I am a customer who comes there everyday to their outlet and if this is their attitude towards me,how would their attitude be towards others who come once in a while. To prove my point im attatching a few pics of the purchases i made past couple days.

Very dissapointing experience from this outlet, never expected this kind of service from anns bakery.I made a bulk ordering for Dec 29th and everything was confirmed till the last day.But on Dec 29th I am getting a call from the outlet and informed me that the order is not ready , telling all lame reason..I made this order atleast 3 weeks ahead.no reasons can justify this action ..I am a Ann's bakery customer for last 20 years in pala outlets...chembumuku service is worst and dissapointing..Will never make an order here ever

You may be wondering why the 1 star? Staff! I have never seen a more belli gerent lot of people in service industry in my whole life. Last 12 years I've been watching this place being a regular and they seem to recruit the worst imaginable people ever. Yesterday there was no one in the evening there and they wanted to shut shop at 7.45 pm while we were still there.

The cappauccino was served cold .. egg puff was served cold .. staff doesn’t seem to even say sorry .. horrible place

they were selling expires cheese mousse which is expired over a month . very pathetic service
