As incredible as incredible gets! I absolutely loved everything from their menu to the dishes to their service. Everything is quick and excellent and absolutely worth the price and hype. There's nothing quite as comforting as Kerala food to the soul :)

Yay or Nay - Yay! The ambience is super good. The food is worth the price charged! Some of the items were over before time so they can work on stocking items which are usually preferred by customers. Service is a bit slow and the staff/ person at reception aren’t very pleasing . Service can definitely be improved! Otherwise I feel that arippa is worth its hype! Highly recommend.

Came here at 3pm, and their meals were already over. Why not make some more!? If there’s a time limit to the meals then it should be mentioned. The restaurant is air conditioned, but the main doors are kept open! What exactly is the point ? Place felt like an oven! Quite a disappointing experience. Service was sub par-waiters were confused and nervous. Ultimately ordered the veg biryani which was average!

Ambience is good. Most of the items on the menu r available only in the evening so choice of food was less. service is also very slow,not upto the mark.

we have been dining in this restaurant since the opening of this eatery. Issue is same old menu and tired of seeing it. When they started ee could see owner was keen in addressing the crowd and giving variety at that time. Now after somany years taste seems to be pathetic. For the veg crowd who accompany the non veg group it is take it or leave it kind of menu and they never ever grown beyond a point. Sad stste of affair. In toilet hand wash was over and they dont even fill even after reminders . Kerala porottah was one of the finest once and now it is just a maida sheet.

Seat reservation over phone was not available. Reached restaurant at 1:30pm, offered seat at 2:00pm by that time meals were not available……
