I came across this small bakery while on my way to JTPac.This bakery takes you to a whole new level of French and American bakeries in Kochi. I was told that new-new items are available daily there. Overpowered by the smell of freshly baked goods, I was in a dilemma on what to order. Over a visit of two trips, I tried out their wheat cinnamon rolls, croissants and macarons. The cinnamon rolls available here was different from the usual cinnamon rolls because they were made from wheat which made it taste better. Pinkish-colored blueberry croissants had the perfect shape with generous amounts of blueberry mixture. I tried the blueberry macarons and pista macarons and those cream sandwitched confection melted in my mouth. Food Rating: 4.5/5 Price Rating: 4/5 Overall Rating: 4.5/5

"The proof of thy pudding is in having" Someone once notoriously said this beating all the other food for thought statements down. BDV is one of the finest home recipe bakers in town with a young girl Gouri who is apparently my junior in school, donning the pattiseire's cap. She makes (trust is important here!) Excellent just cakes, the ones with cup and brownies. They have a really warm and cosy ambience with their parking lot converted into a joint sorts. This makes it appealing to all crowds. The next big thing about this joint is the interior design that is quite neo. Try these* Cheese cake Whiskey latte Cupcakes !

Their cheese cakes are super duper! Milo biscoff cheesecake was Bomb! Love their macarons as well! cosy cute ambience. Lavender coffee was a new thing for me until I tried it here! Fabulous! Macarons are perfect in crispiness and a good bite! Yummy yummy! 👍🏽👍🏽

The ambience needs a 10/10. The owner cum baker Gouri is very friendly and talented as well. They serve amazing banoffee cupcakes, chocolate and red velvet brownies. They also serve macaroons and cakes. They also bake special wheat cupcakes and goodies for health conscious people. They have a mini library set up as well.
