I have been here multiple times and it's been a hit always. Their recent addition of pista ice creams and waffles are delicious.

Utt er disappointing experience at Caravan. Banana split was dilute and very watery and same was the case for Chocolate Napolitan- one scoop and milk. Banana split is an ut ter eye wash. When we dug deep, like, literally we found only half a scoop each in the banana split and it was very very dilute- looked like someone added watery milk into it. They sc ammed us by giving half scoops. What a con! Chocolate Napolitan- 280 bucks and one scoop- kaboom! Triple sabotage since we ordered 3 portions. Pictures are self explanatory. There is something fishy out there and it is very heartbreaking to see a parlour that we cherished so close to our hearts stooping to such levels. It was our adda during college days 25 years ago and banana split, peach Melba and caravan spl was the go to stuff for us. How the mighty have fallen into the hands of clear commercial interests. I won't recommend Caravan to friends and family anymore. Ours was not a one odd case, a middle aged couple sitting next to us had similar issues but were too decent to complain I reckon.

**Disappointing Experience** We waited over an hour just to receive a single scoop of ice cream, and to make matters worse, most of the menu items were unavailable—but we weren’t informed until long after placing our order. The lack of efficiency and communication from the staff made the experience truly frustrating. For an establishment dedicated to serving ice cream, basic service expectations should be met. Sadly, this was far from the enjoyable treat we had hoped for.
