Had visited and they didn't accept to take the order through district pay. Chilcy was the manager and refused to take the payment through district pay.

Delivery agent was very rude. The cover in which the items were brought tore and fell inside his bag. Ok. Understandable. But the way he handed over each items on to my hand.. tissues spilled ove the ground. Sauces were given from his bag on being asked. He just wanted to finish it off and go. He threw the torn brown cover towards our neighbouring empty plot.. 😏 would expect better behaviour from zomato agents and better packing or cover from Chicking. How has the cover torn... of course the agent must hv placed it carelessly insode his Zomato bag.

Got Improperly cooked old chicken and the fact is that they are not agreeing with it.. as you guys can see the picture I uploaded. The colour of the CHICKEN WAS BLACK . And I Paid ₹400/- for the old meat .Frankly the dip along with the chicken was good!.. I contacted them, and told them about the bad quality food but they are not ready to accept it. They deceive me and took my money..So please be AWARE of this before you ordering from here..

I ordered share a burger which has 2 royal crunchy and a fries and received 1 royal crunchy and fries and there are no sauces.i payed full amount and waited too long for this order and was disappointed when received and it's bad Zomato couldn't do anything about it because I have already did the full payment.

I ordered burger box. But coke which was included was missing. I paid in full. But zomato says they can't do anything. Don't make payments before delivery in zomato. As for chicking, by not giving me my order in full that's just plain cheating

I payed through the district app but the manager told me they wont accept payments made through district app. Had to do another payment through UPI.

Tandoori burger was a disaster, super salty, even my cat didn’t eat, can never compare with kfc tandoori burger. Its day n night difference
