Taste of Chilly Chicken with Bone was good ,but very minute pieces of bone used to come up while eating...that does not give a comfortable feeling

I wonder how Chiyang nowadays consistently manages to upset its old Patrons. Most of the ingredients they use turn out to be stale- the pork was smelly and in freezer for a long long time I guess. I am referring to the dragon pork here. No flavour, no presentation, very bad plating. Taste has gone out for a toss. This is the last of the straw. NEVER AGAIN.

We had dinner on 7th April with 13 of our colleagues. Service attitude was poor to the core, food quality was poor with concern over chicken quality , extremely high pepper , beef preparation was like spicy varuthara not Chinese verity . Complaint had no value , one dish got replaced too . All of us where disappointed with food quality , excessive ordering due to wrong info by the waiter , cashier / manager was least interested too

Chiyang used to be good but now its a utter flop of a restaurant, would not recommend. Ordered hot and sour soup and i think they just gave sweet corn soup with the corn removed, i even asked the staff but he was like no ur wrong.. okay.. 🤨 and the garlic chicken was not cooked at all it was just raw batter on there. The place was also crawling with flies. do better.

Chiyang used to be our go-to family dinner spot from 1990 to 2010, but the food quality has declined significantly. The once-delicious ginger chicken and chilly chicken are now so disappointing that we had to get them as takeout. We're hopeful that they'll bring back their old chef and or same quality through better management

very bad customer service, provided stale food for takeaway chiyang has lost it old touch, quality of food has fallen down drastically.. and despite informing them, they keep providing excuses, very rude service

Pathetic service - got the wrong order, added wrong items on the bill, charged extra for dishes we did not order. Food was stale, especially chicken was very hard and old. Will not recommend anyone coming here.

Yesterday we took a take away of Chilli fish. I will not recommend it to anyone. The fish was not fresh, it had some kind of a smell and the sauces were less. No flavour at all.. Night, I had the urge to vomit.

ordered Schezwan chicken today for takeaway..got stale chicken..and they are blaming the sauce!!!
