I visited the Eatery at Four points kochi, and was very pleased with the food, service and ambiance of the Restaurant. The service offered by Mr.Gouri, Charan, and hebin was very courteous. So was the hospitality of Mr. Jeyakumar. The spreads were very rich and all was available. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

The staff here are very welcoming special mention to Mr Bijo and Mr Effron as they are really humble and kind to cater our requests. The food is really amazing and the ambiance is good and peaceful

the food was pathetic, no comparison to any of the similar hotels like Renai, Casino etc. service was even worse, we ordered for some drinks and it came after the buffet. moreover the hotel started their lunch and bearers were more interested in serving them than the customers.

Went there for a dinner buffet at Eatery to celebrate a birthday. The food was below average. Starting off, appetizers were cold, and the fish was too oily. For the main course, there were extremely few options, and they weren't great. The horribly tangy sauce served with the Choupsey, and then there is dosa and chutney, a simple enough dish, but the chutney was too extremely tangy, and the tomato flavor was overpowering. When you process that everything is bland, there is no depth to any of the dishes. I'm fine if there is a limited menu, but then that should stand out. Don't get me wrong, the ingredients used are fresh, but none of the dishes had the right flavors; all of them were off in one way or the other. All in all, they lacked the finesse for what this name tag stands for. One of those experiences where you leave the place unsatisfied and upset. Not recommended. Service was excellent; hence, 2 stars.

Highly Disappointed – Not Worth ₹4000+ for Two We paid over ₹4000 for a buffet for two people, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The food quality was pathetic and nowhere near worth the price. The beef dishes were clearly not fresh, likely because they weren’t moving much. It felt like the food had been sitting there for a long time. The overall variety was very limited, which is unacceptable for a buffet at this price range. The bread items were especially bad. I have never had such a poor-quality Kerala porotta in my life. There are many other buffet options in Kochi available at around ₹1000 per person that offer much better quality and variety. Definitely not recommended if you are looking for value for money.

It was one of the most horrible buffets I’ve been to. Never had food that taste so bad at a 5 star hotel ever. Regret my decision to go here. Please no one should go here ever again.
