Genuinely one of the worst delivery experiences in Kochi. The rice is absolutely terrible every single time, but the bigger issue is how they scam customers on delivery orders. The chicken pieces barely have any meat on them — it honestly feels like they’re sending leftover bones instead of proper portions, and this is NOT the first time this has happened. What’s even more frustrating is that they completely ignore order instructions on Zomato/Swiggy no matter what you write. If you can’t follow basic delivery instructions or provide decent quality food, don’t run a delivery service at all. Worst experience repeatedly. Never ordering again.

I had a bad experience from club shawaya after ordering a masala shaway with rumali rotti addon. Rotti was not present in the order, I had to call the restaurant 3 times to get my call picked up. Then they said rotti is not available with the order. I had paid extra amount for the Rotti, still they are not ready to deliver it and said vague excuses like Zomato added this rotti addon without their knowledge. Not even got the refund from them.
