Am really glad to say that dominos pizza at palarivattom have a very good service,and they will reach within time. Pizza was really tasty and hot😍

I just love this place. It is not easy to spot this place but once you did pleas make sure you make the most of it. Their pizzas are mind blowing and drool worthy. It has a thin crust and the topping is also crunchy and good. It fills 2 people but we"ll surely crave for more.

Been here multiple times, the pizza is standard Domino's. Very limited parking and sitting available inside. The staff is courteous and service is quick. I recently noticed the pizza options have been reduced compared to the earlier times.

The ambience and staff are very friendly. But they have comprised on the taste which is very disappointing. The sides they offer are quite good but the main thing is now little behind than the usual.

I had placed an order through Zomato for Dominos pizza at around 8.55 pm. It showed it will reach by 9.25 pm. Till 9.45 it dint reach and it was showing on the app that the food is delivered. Tried calling the Domino's outlet in Palarivattom Kerala. They dint pick my phone. Tried calling Domino's helpline. All four executives told different stories. The 1st one said the food is on its way, it will reach in some time. 2nd executive told a different story. the 3rd one was rude and told to cancel the order, she gave the store managers number for me to sort out the issue. Tried calling him several times he dint bother to attend my call. Finally the fourth one tried understanding my situation and tried calling the store manager. He dint pick the phone. Later she raised a complain against my call. I was constantly calling the Domino's outlet till 10.30. no one bothered to pick my call. At last had to drive down to the outlet. When we tried confronting the manager he said the outlet was busy and they dint have delivery staff to deliver my order. The order is taken by the system automatically, so we cant help it, that was the reason given by the manager. Had to wait for the order to get prepared and finally at around 11.30pm we got the food. Horrible experience with Zomato chat service as well. Response time was very poor and in the end Zomato brushed off its hand by saying we dont deliver Domino's through our delivery service so please contact Domino's directly. Next time why should i order through Zomato then?? Till now i have not received any kind of feedback call from both Zomato and Domino's. I had few guest come over for a get together, the pizza's were ordered for the kids. It was so embarrassing. Hope some action is taken against the outlet manager and staff.

Ordered a pizza by 1.35pm and till 3.22pm order was not delivered and I called the customer care 2 times and tried to contact the shop but they were not picked the call. I have received the pizza by 3.30pm and it was a cold one with dented pepsi can. Thanks.

Horrible delivery. Ordered food at 7 PM and got the food delivered at 9PM after so much of shouting. The food was ice cold when delivered at 9PM. This is the third time it happening with this outlet. Don't ever order food from here

I have ordered a pizza at 1:24 pm i haven’t received the food item till now(3 pm) Whenever I call to the particular number sometime it says switched off and another time they are not responding.

Took 1 and a half hour to prepare the order. Didn't even get a call or message from the delivery person and automatically cancelled the order without my knowledge.

My order got cancelled without any intimation. Very poor attitude. Called Domino's help line no response. They too did not help. Will never order again.
