Such a beautiful cosy cafe very near to Fort Kochi. Very cosy and comfortable and the ambience was very inviting. We spent a couple of hours here just chilling. It was very peaceful and the service was great as well. Special mention - Nice retro music playing which added to the overall experience. Would highly recommend :) <3

We just loved having the food at east India cafe.loved the ambiance and the staff are too friendly. Food has good quality and the food presentation is well done. I would love to try more of their menu in our next time visit.

One of the most popular 24*7 cafe in fort kochin. We had a great time at the cafe. The ambience of the cafe that gives the customer an unique experience, cafe themed as in the name street cafe atmosphere,ambience along with suitable interior. Both indoor and outdoor settings that gives different experience. Little bit over priced in an around 200 to 400 rupees, but they meet their standards. Visit with your friends and family, surely you will get a lot of photos. Best place to hang out with your gang and chill.

Love love love the ambience! The cafe, true to its name, has interiors like that of a street from London. The exterior is quite beautiful at night. I liked the food, but it's expensive comparatively. I had a gulab jamun cheesecake and Spanish Aglio Oglio Pasta which were quite good.

Walked in at 3 am on a weekday and spent a few hours. Had a pizza, an iced tea and a dates pudding. The pizza was just average, may be because of the time? The cafe is set up resembling an English country side and tge exteriors are dine very beautifully. However the charm is lost as you enter the cafe.

Limited menu. Cheesy garlic bread was very hard,burnt and oily. When we checked with them, response was like this item is like that only.Taste of other item ordered was also average for the price charged. Not a good experience.

I visited East India Cafe in Kochi to celebrate my second marriage anniversary, expecting a memorable experience, but it turned out to be a big letdown. Despite pre-booking a table and choosing outdoor seating, the service was extremely poor. The restaurant was completely empty, yet no staff attended to us unless I physically left my table to call them from the kitchen area. This happened multiple times. Despite mentioning that it was our anniversary, there was no effort to make the occasion special. Most restaurants would at least offer a thoughtful gesture, or even just attentive service, but here, there was absolutely nothing. To make matters worse, I ordered a grilled vegetable wrap but requested it to be prepared as a sandwich instead. The staff immediately agreed but failed to mention that this change would cost extra. When the bill came, I was shocked to see that they had brought two separate bills, stating that the sandwich was from a different coffee shop menu and would be charged separately. At no point did they inform me of this while taking the order, nor did they provide the coffee shop menu. Had I known this in advance, I would have avoided ordering it altogether. Besides, the sandwich itself was underwhelming in taste, making the entire situation feel like I was overcharged. Overall, the lack of transparency, poor service, and absence of any effort to make the evening special left a sour impression. I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially if you’re planning a celebration or expecting good hospitality.

Came to visit Fort Kochi . Heard good reviews about this place so tried this place , Have to say it was so disappointing. We ordered Pesto Pasta , A wrap , a Chicken dish with cordon Blue cheese , and one BLT Burger ... Pesto was good and creamy , Wrap and that chicken dish was bang average but what stole the show was the BLT Burger .. It took the most time to recieve and being in the Food industry knew something was wrong . Burgers shouldn't take 30 mins plus to serve and as expected when I tried to eat it I found two rock hard pieces of a Burger Bun with okish fillings .. It Felt like old piece of bun and I ate the fillings inside as I didn't want to waste my time . When the bill came I showed the waitress the bun by literally tapping on the Burger bun . Never have I had a Burger Bun so Hard that while tapping on it make a noise . It's clearly an old bun which probably is why I received the Burger at the end . It looked so nice in the Pic but have to say it was shocking to be served Unedible piece of bread .
