We enjoy something special experience here. The service is very good. When we are considering menu, the staff are answering recommended menu properly. And, the fresh fishes are nice! We can choose fresh seafood from the display. I have cared about the review comment is less than other restaurant, but I felt the atmosphere is same as the photos (more than photos). Thank you so much😊

The best part of the restaurant is food and service. Food is delicious and fresh. Excellent staff are the another great thing. They have excellent knowledge on the Menu and will help us, Special Mention to Mr.Ansan who served us. If anyone want to have sea food at Cochin, this is the best place.

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing cocktails, food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.

Definitely one of the best seafood restaurants in kochi. Great service, friendly staff, peaceful ambience. The fresh day catch serving is really a must try.

Known throughout ages for serving some of the best seafood in Kochi, the Casino hotel lived up to its hype with its assortment of perfectly cooked seafood in its seafood platter, seafood spaghetti and the crab chilli. The Naan served with perfectly cooked fish coupled with very good service and ambience leads to an overall 5 star experience (not friendly on the wallet though :))

Few of the dishes and most of the cocktails weren’t available. The fish tank wasnt maintained at all and very murky. The dishes tasted fine with fresh produce but nothing that made us go wow! The waitress who served us also seemed utterly clueless. The service was such a let down. To sum it up it was a disappointing experience

The 1 star is only because of there unprofessional service. Service wasn't bad, but unprofessional. Came here with family for a pleasant and peaceful dinner. Did advance reservation. Whilst the food was well prepared and very tasty, the service was highly unprofessional. We ordered all items at one go including starters. When the main dishes came, they brought only 1 parotta whereas we had ordered 5. Resultantly, our family of four, all grown up adults, kept waiting for the balance 4 parrotas which finally came after we involved the manager. By then the food was already cold and my mom didn't continue with her meal. Resultantly, the experience was a forgettable one.

I used to dine there before and used my pro membership before and availed discount. I had asked them if they take zomato pro before dining and they said yes. When the bill came they told me there is no pro discount for drinks. I was supposed to take a membership with the hotel. Said goodbye to that anyways. Very disappointed.
