I am surprised at the bad reviews, not sure what was the state , but the hotel didn’t disappoint us at all and the food was fantastic as mentioned by many especially the biryani, beef fry and fish fry . Super happy to have come and would request others also to try and the service was super fast contrary to what has been highlighted.

We stayed In fort kochi for a week & have had 3 of our meals here itself. The food is amazing, each dish better than the other. The Prawns moilee, Kerala Curry meal & chefs signature shrimps are a treat!

Amazing food and service . Came here form Indore , MP and will definitely visit again . The manager and staff are also very welcoming

Superb food and lovely service. It’s a bit hot inside for dinner as there isn’t much AC, and the fan in the restaurant at the entrance is way too loud, wasn’t very pleasant to sit there.

I went to paragon to have their trademark special biriyani. Since there was a rush I was told of a waiting period of 25 minutes and we were ready to wait. After a wait of 1 hour 10 minutes we finally got a table and then we were told there was no biriyani. Being a restaurant famous for their biriyani it would have been very convenient if the waiting customers were informed if the same was not available and if customers would want to continue waiting to eat or leave. This was a very very disappointing customer handling. Since we were super hungry and lost 1.25 hours , we decided to have other food items. To add to the misery the service was super slow. Thankfully the food quality was good. Having seen how professional and well oiled the service at other locations of Paragon this place was a sheer disappointment. This restaurant has a miles to go in terms of customer handling and service. Until that I would definitely have second thoughts of visiting this restaurant.

came here with guests visiting us after showing them around Fort Kochi they wanted try a typical kerala fish curry meals so said we would come here reached here around 1 pm and was seated around 1.30 pm only to be told that the meals was all over ridiculous and then we had to settle for chicken biriyani nothing to rave about I have had far better biriyani in kochi
