Have been visiting this place over the years. They reduced their seating area by half over the years. They have decent and tasty south Indian food. Pros: 1. Great location 2. Lots of parking space 3. Tasty and good food Cons: 1. Hygiene in general has come down over the years Do try their dosas and the filter coffee too!

A great place to grab your brekkie. Ottupura offers good ambience, great parking spaces and of course a wholesome vegetarian breakfast. Do try their puris and dosas! Will give them a visit again. Cheers

Top notch service- consistent, on the spot and a very cheerful steward and staff. The only exception is the front desk guy selling sweets, fat load of attitude and very unfriendly, unpleasant vibes. Food is very average- Masala Dosas are soggy and Chola Bhature is saggy. The chutneys lack tang. Service is outstanding!

Was very disappointed with the service today on 02 Feb 25. Arrived at the restaurant at about 1205 pm and left at about 1225 pm without eating anything. None of the waiters took the order despite requesting the manager twice to send someone to take the order. Wanted to write a complaint but no complaint register was provided. It was a very humiliating experience for us. Hope the owner takes the cognizance of this complaint and takes effort to improve the service.

very bad experience, recently ordered an Oreo shake and was disappointed with the experience. Not only was the shake lacking the rich, creamy texture and Oreo flavor I expected, but I also found an unwanted substance in it

I have experienced a very bad customer service from this hotel. I have specifically instructed them to add some items and I haven't received any item that I instructed. It's very disappointed and highly frustrated.

Delivery will be partial some of the items will be unseen when we call them they suggest us to reorder hence the loss is only for ourselves. Don't order from Gokul Oottupura Vennala Branch worst service received.

Will not prepare food on time. Will not pick the call also. I ordered breakfast 40 mins ago and still it is not yet prepared. Don't order from this restaurant

The order was for 4 people. The chutney & sambar was not sufficient for even one. It’s cheating. This hotel is out of my priority.
