The expected soup Malabar Seafood soup was not received as the same got dropped from the menu. The crab in the seafood platter was very small in size and was not fresh.The squid was also not fresh. Alleppey fish curry was good. The Green Onion Beef starter as displayed was not so good and was too expensive.

Very good food and great aesthetically pleasing ambience with pretty fast and efficient and effective service. Overall an 8.5/10 for food and a 9/10 for the restaurant.

1st of all v have to wait a long for the food to be served. We ordered soup and starters but instaed of that they served food 1st. And when we queried they again went back with food and brought soup which was not hot….and again they served us with previously prepared cold food……at last it was very dissapaointmemt for Us. I have to say Our weendend dinning was ruined.

Christmas special Vatican meals was average. Welcome drinks not served. All dishes in the meal were underwhelming. Service was also not great on 25th. A lot of delay. There was no point Pre booking a slot.

Pathetic experience, especially for the price they charge. We had a booking for 8 PM and placed our order within 10–15 minutes. After that, the waiting marathon began — each item took over 45 minutes to arrive. We were a group of 12 people, including 6 kids. One set of food arrived first, and then we had to wait another 20–30 minutes for the rest to get something on their plates. Clearly, they cannot handle even a moderate crowd. We had to repeatedly call the staff for basics like water, salad, and food — at times it felt like we needed to keep them stationed at our table just to get served. For a place that charges 7–8 star pricing, the service was shockingly poor. They didn’t even have proper glasses to serve juice. Apart from the fish pollichathu, everything else was subpar. If you have ample time, extra money, and don’t mind losing your appetite, you can give this place a try. Otherwise, definitely not worth it.

Dear Team, We are regular customers and usually enjoy dining at your restaurant. However, during our recent visit, we had an unpleasant experience that we would like to bring to your attention. Although dining had already started and many seats were clearly available upstairs, the front staff informed us that all seats were filled. We waited for nearly 20 minutes, and later noticed that several tables upstairs were still vacant. This was quite disappointing and confusing for us. Additionally, the quantity of calamari rings served was very low compared to earlier visits. We understand that prices may increase due to costs, but we kindly request that the quantity not be reduced, as it affects the overall dining experience. We value your restaurant and hope this feedback will be taken positively to improve service in the future. Thank you for your time and understanding.

Grand Entree, Kochi: A Total Mess: 5th September (Onam) The “management” is a complete joke—people with reservations? Ignored. Random folks? Welcomed right in like VIPs. The entry staff must think they’re running a circus. Service? So slow, you’d think they’re growing the sadya ingredients out back—20-30 minutes just to get the basics! After wasting 2.5 hours, we left without eating, totally done with their ridiculous, laughable chaos. Skip this place unless you love a good disaster.

chicken piccata - raw pink chicken once the bredding was removed and pasta that came along had no flavour. Manager was kind enough to remove it from the bill , but still they made my family eat raw chicken! Ch tika masala - frozen chicken
