Superlative dining experience at Happy Cup. Greeted and seated promptly. We ordered the Steak and the Lobster Thermidor. I had ordered the steak Medium Rare, and the majority of the steak was medium rare. I really don’t know why restaurants in India are so frugal with the boiled veggies. 6 mushrooms, 3 carrot slivers and a broccoli!! Overall: 4.5/5 The lobster Thermidor IS awesome, though severely overpriced. I paid 2700/- for a 400 gm lobster. The dish is superb. Nice chunks of lobster and generously cheesy, but still a little on the high side. 5/5 We didn’t order any starters or desserts, but Happy Cup made my tummy Happy and that’s what counts. Nice interiors and nice ambience, though they had the smallest bathroom I’ve ever been in!! Altogether a good dining experience and worth many repeat visits. Two thumbs up.

Happy Cup is one of the best cafes in Ekm. The quality of the food is top-notch and the service is great too. Have tried almost all their dishes. What I've ordered here is Chicken Lasagna, Juicy Lucy Beef Burger and Lotus Biscoff Shake. Everything tasted delicious! ❤️

The Food was just amazingly delicious… I ordered a Thai Chilli Beef which I swear to god tasted so good and it was so crispy. Overall Happy Cup is a good place to have your meal

It was a long time dream of mine to visit this fabulous resto cafe,in Kochi which seems to be one of the best cafes providing great,tasty continental cuisines & keep on updating their menu with new,interesting dishes,time to time..Externally,it looks like a huge building,but once you enter inside,it looks like a really crowded,place with a small hall,a private seating room & an external seating area,perfect for the younger crowd.Well coming to the food,have heard lots of raving reviews about the food & was happy to finally check into their digital waiter,as I already had prepared the previous day, what to order!But to my great dismay,we got the first shock of the day that their LOBSTER THERMIDORE got over!!😥So really got confused, what all to order & almost launched a blitzkrieg of an order,ordering all their special dishes!!So we ordered the following: 1.Fathoush Salad(Veg) 3.5/5 2.Veggie Delight Pizza 4/5 3.Honey Glazed Chicken 5/5 4.Kozhi Creamy Mirch Tikka 5/5 5.Tempura Fried Prawns 5/5 6.Shrimp & Kalamari Burger 5/5 7.Country Fried Chicken 5/5 8.Happy Cup Special Temptation Pizza 5/5 9.Chocolate Mud Pie 5/5 10.Vanilla Ice cream Single scoop (ok) 11.White Chocolate Fantasy Shake 6/5🙂 12.Choco Hazelnut Shake 6/5🙂 & finally the show-stopper which needs no explaination... 13.LOTUS DELIGHT SHAKE 10/5🙂🙂...All together it was a Fantabulous Continental food feast & I am surely gonna visit there soon for my LOBSTER THERMIDORE moment!!Keep up the great job👍🏻👍🏻 & serve KOCHI or the whole of Kerala & keep impressing us with your great,culinary skills!!I would have easily given a Fiver(5*) rating,if the Lobster Thermidore was available!! First time visit with friends,, we ordered a lot especially their specials such as grills, combos, pizza , soups, shakes and desserts. Soup felt average,.nothing special. Should improve on Tom Yom soups!! Grills, Pastas and combos were amazing, Pastas scores!!. They can add varieties for Deserts. I had a good time eating and chatting with friends.

It was our 2nd visit in the last 4 days. On Sunday we had lemon coriander soup, veg sizzler and a kids meal. We were satisfied with the food and service. But today when we placed an order for kids meal, we were told that nuggets aren’t available. They offered to provide a veg burger which is not spicy and would be okay for my 3.25y old. Specifically asked not to add chilli. Little one started crying while having food saying the food is spicy. Staff denied adding any sort of chilli. When opened the patty, I could find chilli flakes in it. The staff repeatedly refused to admit that it is chilli, he even said it could be carrots (which can also be seen in the pic in orange colour). It is a place that charges approximately 400/per person on an avg.

So the drinks 👍🏻 but I haven’t taken pictures of the food I ate because I was so disappointed with it. I ordered “Loaded fries - veg” and “honey glazed chicken” . When I asked the waiter what he’s “loading” the fries with he said “cheese and veggies” I said “ok. Sounds good”. What I got was all cheese that was dry and stuck to the plate and a salsa dip. Called for the “honey glazed chicken” to bring in some flavour to my palette. It was chicken wrapped in flour , deep fried and coated very poorly with honey glaze. Every piece of chicken had a huge dried red chilly stuck on it with a toothpick. WHAT?!?!?!?! What am I supposed to do with that chilly?! And it wasn’t honey glazed chicken. It was honey glazed flour with really bland chicken inside.

Extremely dissapointed with the food taste and quality. They have a hopeless mayonaise which they claim to mix themselves, which they claim to mix themselves.. The taste if that mayonaise which they served with fries was horrible. That doesnt end there. The zinger burger served was also filled with the same horrible tasting mayonaise.. Then comes their pizza and tempura prawns.. All with the same horrible tase. The tempura fried prawns waa horribly blank. We thought the sad plight ends there but.. Then comes the beef steak which we had to spit on the first bite. It was loaded with salt. Unbearable. When we called for the chef.. It seems chef is now at kaloor branch.. Then who is responsible for the food??? Never ever.. Happy cup is now a sad cup.. Sorry to say this

Such a pathetic service and untrained sluggish staff. Really forgettable experience. They need to improve their behaviour.
