Hospitality was top of the line. Quality of food was extremely good. The portion could've been slightly better. The beverages - Chocolate and Oreo shake was underwhelming.

Been a great fan of their food since they opened their first outlet in Kochi. Today was my fourth visit to the Kakkanad outlet and the average rating is only because of the service. First and foremost, they need to improve their ways for accepting table bookings. I tried calling the number listed on the web multiple times but could not get through and finally had to reserve using the Swiggy dine out option. After arriving, we were suggested to go for the corporate set menu option... As we were a group of 8 , we decided to opt for the same. The menu choices were good but the service was not really up to the mark. we opted for 7 non veg and 1 veg and the non veg starters took forever to arrive. They kept on bringing one plate each of the starters and then half of the group were left waiting with empty plates. For the main course, we opted for both rice n roti choices.. There were enough and more people bustling around and coming over with the dishes but they were absolutely clueless on who needs to serve and what.. Also, the discount offered via swiggy dineout option was not provided as we opted for the corporate menu option. As a customer, I would prefer being informed about the same when I am being suggested about the menu options ( that the discount is not applicable). I would definitely love to come back for the food ( no complaints regarding the same). But if I am to pay 300 plus bucks as service charges for this kind of service, I am already having second thoughts of not coming back anymore to this outlet.

Panner tikka masala was average. garlic butter naan and kesar pista lassi were good. chicken tikka platter was not upto the mark. overall not worth for the pricing.

We were served non veg food (chicken) even after clearly mentioning we are ordering all Veg dishes. They kept changing the order takers on each order and eventually messed up what we really ordered
